Sleeveless Turtlenecks?



We don't understand why women sport this fashion--if it's warm enough to wear a sleeveless shirt, than its too warm to wear a turtleneck! Why would you want to make your neck warm but your arms cold?! That's like wearing a neckwarmer with a tank top. Useless! Please...if you own a sleeveless turtleneck, help us understand! In what weather do you wear it?

    Today I wore a turtleneck t-shirt.
    My neck was warm, but my arms were a bit chilly in the shade...

    Although - It would be perfect for hot days with hickeys.
